Nucleo® Burger is the concentrated bread mix specifically formulated for the production of clean label burger buns. It makes the dough easily workable and stable, even during the leavening phase. It gives an excellent volume in the oven and makes the crust golden brown. The bread will be very soft and will have a pleasant flavor, with a slightly sweet aroma given by caster sugar.
