DensoCrema 90 is a natural thickener for pastry based on wheat, rice and corn starches. It is formulated for the hot process preparation of fresh pastry creams. DensoCrema 90 is clean label thickener for smooth and shiny creams and it enhances their creaminess.

Dosage: 90 g per liter of milk (for a less dense cream, we recomend to reduce the dosage until the desired density is obtained).
