This dry sourdough with wheat germ gives the dough more intense and inviting aromas, typical of fresh sourdough. Thanks to its blend of enzymes, our Lievito Madre Attivo for pizza also improves the workability of the dough, making it softer and easily workable. It contains brewer’s yeast, which acts as a starter and allows a short leavening time. It is ideal for the preparation of all types of pizza and focaccia.
